TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically acknowledge and agree to these terms.

General Info
• I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason. If cancelled during the process, you will be fully refunded.
• I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio unless stated otherwise.
• You may repost commissioned artwork as long as I am appropriately credited.
• You may NOT use my art for creating merch like t-shirts or posters.
• NEVER involve my art in anything NFT related.

Other Info
• I do not offer anything related to: NSFW, hateful/offensive topics, politics/religion, extreme gore.
• Commissions will be worked on in my spare time. Please be patient with me and don't be afraid to contact me if you're worried! (just not excessively)
• Ensure your characters have clear reference(s)!
• While it isn't essential, I would prefer if you could give me a reference image or description to base the pose you'd like off of :) this way it will be more accurate to your character!

Process of Commissions
• The first step after ordering will be the delivery of a sketch. My sketches are usually quite messy and dinky looking, but lineart fixes everything!
• Your commission will be added to my trello as soon as you order!
• After the sketch is approved, I will be awaiting full payment. Your commission will not be continued until I receive payment.
• Any changes to a commission after the sketch phase will have charges added.
• Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances or if I cancel a commission myself. If your commission is partially complete when a refund is needed, you will not be allowed to use the artwork or commission me for a period of 8 months.
• Additionally, clients who have received a sketch have approximately a week to let me know if they wish to pay & continue or cancel. If I get no response, your commission will be terminated, you will not have the rights to use the sketch, and you may not commission me again for a period of 8 months.

Halfbody

You must already have a flat-coloured fullbody reference for me to base the sheet's fullbodies from, however you can explain the back view patterns to me if they don't already have one.Prices:
